Hi experts,

Y have two cases in wich 2 employees that belong to a one unique worksheet appear duplicated in executive review.

Those are employees that belong to a spain but work in Perú. One of them have a concurrent employee, the other is similar but doesn´t have concurrent employee on his records.

But both appear twice in the executive review.

I this a normal behaviour?

Hi @ernestogabrielm

Unless you excluded one or the other record in your eligibility rules it is indeed normal.

Whenever an employee goes on International Assignment or Concurrent employment situation a second UserID gets created in the UDF and unless you specifically exclude one or the other then both will show, potentially under different worksheets (if they report to different managers).

I documented a complex International Assignment customer requirement here:

  • #6 - Make sure Global Assignment cases have a unique field value for each situation. In simple designs the home/host field in EC Job Info is enough however when there are several types of work assignments a summary like the one here needs to be provided to the compensation consultant at the start of the implementation.

All the best

Xavier
