Hi,
1. When importing users using excel, I am getting the message "An error has occurred".
2. Why contextual information are not recorded automatically for few simulations sometimes? I have made the prerequisites like setting the right Recording Profile. But unable to capture them. [This happens only when I try to record Fiori apps and not SAP GUI].
Thanks !!

(1) Most likely the Excel file is not in the correct format. Download a new one, and try uploading one record.
(2) Either you're not using the correct Profile (which one are you selecting?) or scripting is not enabled on the server. Also assuming you have the recorder plugin installed/active? And assuming you're not recording over a remote terminal session / VDI...

Citrix is likely to be the problem. The Recorder (Producer or Instant Producer) needs to be running on the same machine as the application in order to be able to capture context. If you are running Producer on your PC and then connecting to the S/4 system via VDI, SAP Enable Now sees the application you are recording as "the VDI window" and not the actual S/4 system. Effectively it can't 'reach through' that window and pull the context from the application - it can only get the context of the VDI window - that's probably wat you're seeing in the Page Key.
Not that I'm aware of. You say this is only happening some times - so you can capture the context via VDI in some cases? Is there a difference between when it can and cannot capture context (e.g. Fiori tiles vis WebDynpro transactions...)? And you want the full context capturing for every step, or just what it needs for the simulation to be displayed in SP Companion? If the latter, you could just manually maintain the Context and SAP Companion Context properties; not ideal, but...
