After exploring the Exam and Quiz functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors I have tried to make a list to compare the two solutions for assessing competence.
1: Do you agree with the list? Anyone knows what to replace the question marks in the table with?
2: The Quiz format has a great user interface, but lack some of the functionality of the Exam (old user interface). I have heard rumors that question library and pooling will be possible in near future for Quiz. Is this right? Is so, Quiz will be the desired format for our purposes.
