Exam questions not displaying correctly in success factors learning

When previewing exam questions I have generated the questions are displayed incorrectley. There is incorrect spacing, answers overlaping on eachother among other formatting issues. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

This usually happens when you are copying the content from somewhere and pasting in the question editor. Please confirm if you are doing the same. If not, then provide a screenshot of the issue, or report an issue with the Support team. Thanks
