Errors on revision date in curriculum connector

Hello everyone,

I would like to add items to curiculum through the curriculum connector. But I have got errors about the revision date. The system does not find the item because of the revision date.

However, I did put the correct revision date in the format: 2025-01-10 04:54:00
In the LMS, the item does not indicate the seconds in the revision date. So I put 00 for the seconds. But I have the impression that the system doesn't recognise the corresponding items and above all it's as if it's adding 0.
Here's the error I got:

Entity does not exist.Item: ComponentTypeID:PRES, componentID:PRES INT_TO_003, revisionDate:2025-01-10 04:54:00.0

Could someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

@lilymar, as it stands, it's not related to Learning not recognizing the "00" in the revision date, but the seconds being wrong. In the Learning Administration area, the Learning Administrator needs to make sure that the time pattern displays hours, minutes, and seconds to avoid this kind of problem when dealing with the Learning Connectors. Here you can find additional details: KBAs 21686102074322, and 2175518.

Thanks for your help. I changed the date and time format as suggested. I could then see the seconds of the item revision date. But it still does not work. The connector is still adding another "0" at the end of the revision date : Record to be Rejected since ref value for Item was NOT found - ComponentTypeID:PRES, componentID:PRES INT_TO_003, revisionDate:2025-01-10 16:54:31.0, approved:null

The system wouldn't manipulate the file in such a way. Are you using a .csv file? Maybe the software being used to manage and save the file is adding the "0". If yes, can you change to .txt, so you can manage it via a simple Notepad?

This conversion action might be affecting the data in the file. What if you directly create a .txt file containing one sample curricula/course and run it, what's the outcome?

Solution found. I had to put the UTC time zone in the revision date of the item instead of the time zone I can see in the system
