Hi,
We are in the midst of our implementation project to migrate from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0. As soon as this latest software release went into my preview Test instance (all was working just fine the Friday prior), my implementation consultant is now getting errors when trying to add or update an existing document.
Ticket was created (436039/2025), and I needed to escalate this today to high priority as we are now at a stand still as Support is not helping at all. This may impact our planned go-live date.
Are any other customers seeing errors like this?
