!Errors: Entry 000000 is too long

I have tried numerous times to Create an invoice for P&W and each time I try to enter I get this:

!Errors: Entry 000000 is too long.

I have tried everything and can't enter the invoice.

Please help, I need to get invoice in to get it in for a 75 day pay-out.
