Error while processing salary

Dear Team, This office has stopped monthly pay of one official (Employee ID: 10062741 through Info type - 2001 (Subinfotype-1028) for the month of June, 2020. But, in his pay slip, GPF Deduction is showing as Rs. 21688/- (Under Ee VPF Deductions Column) instead of Rs. 0 as no salary was drawn for June 2020 month to him. This deduction is also reflecting in GPF Monthly Schedule for the month of June 2020. Screen Shot attached. Now, while making payment of salary for the month of July, 2020, the entry Under Ee VPF Deductions Column is not reflecting in Pay Simulation window. However, there is a difference of Rs. 21688/- in Net Pay Amount (Gross pay deductions). Screen shot attached. Please provide the solution immediately.

Hi Atul,

Check employee VPF amount maintained in IT587 or not, Employee has LOP for full month in June-20, system will deduct VPF amount if you maintain VPF amount column in infotype 587, so system created as a claim (/561) in the month of June-20, and same amount will reflect in July-20 as Claim from previous month (/563).

Hi, Please check in retro period Jun-2020, there is any wage type /551 is created (also check there are wage types (/552, /561,/563) created in any of payroll periods (either in current period or retro period ).
