Error when synchronizing to incumbent of one position in Manage position, but not in Manage data

An error occurred while synchronizing the changes to the incumbent of position (x). Neither the position nor the incumbent have been updated. Detailed error: No event reason or event found for user (x).

System shows this error when we try to change higher level position from certain future date in Manage position. (Manage position - insert new record - change higher level position)

When we make the same change in Manage data (Manage data - position - insert new record - change Higher level position) system accepts the change and it creates new record on the position and also on Job Information portlet (Supervisor change).

This happens only on one position in the system. We managed to change 10 other positions, from manage position, added them the same higher level position and it changed their supervisor accordingly in Job Info portlet.
