Error when loading the Job Requisition template

Getting the error below when uploading the Job Requisition XML template in provisioning.

I have created the Picklist ID's as well. Still, the error occurs.

The system encountered error(s) when importing the template.
Errors Validating Recruiting Template:
Error: Picklist id does not exist in system for field "status".
Error: Picklist id does not exist in system for field "travel".
Error: Picklist id does not exist in system for field "partFullTime".
Error: Picklist id does not exist in system for field "jobLevel".
Error: Picklist id does not exist in system for field "newrepl".
Error: Scale-id "Interview Assessment" not defined in the system
Error: Application status set name "StatusSet1" does not exist in the system
Warning: Operator field "cust_replforwhom" cannot be a custom field.

Hi Chetan Kumar, I was facing this error when I was accidentally trying to load the Job requisition data model in wrong Provisioning system. Once I checked the right companyId from Instance and tried loading in right Provisioning the error fixed.(Practice Instances: Sales demo).

Note: Also possible that you tried to load Requisition template in Application template.

The question was raised in 2023 🙂 I think you might have resolved. however when I searched for the  "Error: Scale-id "Interview Assessment" not defined in the system" your blog appeared unanswered. I fixed it by following above. I hope this helps someone else. 🙂
