Error when launch learning offline player

I download learning offline player and i get an error "StatusLogger Log4j2 could not find a logging implementation. Please add log4j-core to the classpath. Using SimpleLogger to log the console...[log4j init] Using Log4j v2." Where should I get the log4j-core file and in what format should it be (xml, jre)?

Hi Margarita, I hope you are doing well.

Some prerequisites are needed to install the offline player:
- Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
- Administrative Privileges to Install
- Port 53759 free to communicate

If your environment have this prerequisites you must be able to install the offline player.

In case of unsuccess I think that you can create a ticket on SAP Support.
