Why entry source'SAP Fiori Manage Workforce app (W)' change to 'SAP Master Data Integration (M)'???

What's impact from this change???

Then click 'Edit',

Is there a solution to edit employee work agreement info. in "manage workforce" app when its data is eplicated from Successfactors?
