Error when downloadning producer

HI,

I am getting a weird error when trying to download the producer. We want to link to a PDF guide from one of our bookpages, but I am unable to download the producers as I get an error message saying that "at least one file could not be deleted". The PDF that the error message is reffering to is the one that I actually want to link to.

I tried to edit in the manager, but it takes forever to load, so I gave up.

Thank you Dirk! Removed it locally and uploaded a new version of the PDF and that seemed to work.

So this is when you are trying to synchronize your Producer Workarea to the server (Manager)? And the PDF is in a Group that you currently do not have in your Workarea? Or it has been updated by another Author in their Producer and then re-synchronized? I'm not sure exactly what you're doing...

But either way, make sure the Group causing the problem has been correctly saved to the server (by the other Author?)and is not being edited. If you already have it in your Workarea, and are just refreshing it, then right-click on it and select Refresh Object. (It could be that you have some things going on in that at the file level.). If that doesn't work, try Remove Locally and then Load from Server again, to see if that fixes it.
