I get the error in screenshot after workflow is triggered when changing job info.

This is a follow up process error from the Position. As you are trying to transfer the employee, one of the system updates is to set the position "to be hired" field to "No", but seems something is wrong with the position data that is preventing the system to update this field (maybe an empty mandatory field, or a business rule is preventing this save, etc).
I would recommend that you go to the position and check what is missing/wrong, correct it and try to process the transfer workflow again.
