Error When Attempting to Transport Route Map in Configuration and Transport Center

I routinely used the Instance Sync Wizard to move performance forms and route maps from one instance to another. I am attempting to do the same with the Configuration and Transport Center. I create a bundle and include the route map configuration into the existing bundle from Transport Mode. I get the Error: You Cannot Import an Empty Bundle. However, I can see the configuration in the bundle. Is anyone familiar with this error?

I'm getting the same error now as well when trying to use Configuration Transport Center. Did you happen to find a resolution to this?

I opened a case. It is with System Engineering now. My hunch is that the issue is release related. It's been several days now, and I have not gotten a response.
