Error: unable to load skin: lesson.txt

Hi!

I was trying to reproduce a simutaion ( in both Manager and Producer) and it appears the error attached in the image. Can you please explain me how to correct it.

I am having this same problem. I have an .exe with is a user manual which has videos in it. When i run it on Edge. for 5 seconds it runs showing all icons and text, then it stops, i mean it doesnt show anything, text, icons, video, nothing. when i try to play the video i played in the first 5 seconds, it says erroe general error 2 unable to load skin. my Colleage uses this successfully on windows 7 with IE 10. have been trying to run this via compatibility mode in edge but not successful. If anyone can help, ill be grateful.

Make sure resources are published you can do this from the manager by selecting the resources folder. And then go to more and say publish all objects.

However this looks like something under you simulation the .txt item is either open or it is not published.

Make sure your recording and the created documents are published and closed.

Thanks! I already published all the objects of the resources and makes sure that the simulation was closed and published but nothing, it appears the same errors.I don't know if I'm missing something.

Hi Laura, you can open Developer console in your browser and it can tell you what exactly your simulations are missing.

Most likely resource i.e. trainer style or asset..

please navigate to Tool>Settings > Playback settings > General/Trainer and make sure you have selected a style.

Is it just this simulation, or does it happen with others? Like Jesse, my first guess would be that there is a Resource that isn't published. Failing that, maybe you are using a bubble style or something else that has since been deleted?
