error: This file can not be opend because it does not match the schema

We using SAP Productivity Pak 4.3.

Some of our users have stored simulation files on SharePoint. If they want to open the files from SharePoint or after downloading from a locally drive they aren't to open again. The following message appear: this file can not be opened because it does not match the schema.

Does anyone know what that might mean?

Hi there,

I came across your message asking for following details.

To assist in troubleshooting -

at your earliest convenience, please perform the following :

1.,,Within uPerform Client, go to Tools > Options ..

2.,,Ensure that the log level has been set to Debug.

3.,,Click ok to save your settings.

4.,,Try to check in a document.

5.,,With the document open, go to Help > About > Create File and forward

the zipped file.

I'm afraid, I can't see any other instances of this exact error on our database.

Have you noticed any errors on the Collabconsole.txt or Server Error log files?

I'm facing the same problem with just one of my users in the project. The version of Ancile uPerform is 4.40.
