Error "???COMMON_Survey_Invitation_Content???"

For the past week, several users notified me of the the following error displaying when they try to apply esignature after completing a course. Several courses have been experiencing this error "???COMMON_Survey_Invitation_Content???" 

We did not attach a survey to this item, why would this error display?

Please help me determine the cause of this sudden popup error. Thank you! Connie

Hello  @Connie3,

I can confirm that the survey pop-up shown is not related to LMS surveys.

Instead, this pop-up is part of our initiative to gather product feedback from users. We periodically prompt users to take a product feedback survey on specific pages about 3-5 times a year. Additionally, on all pages, you can launch the survey using the icon located in the page header. Help document link: Product Feedback | SAP Help Portal

Please note that the survey pop-up which is triggered on a random basis cannot be turned off.

I would request you to submit a case with us under component LOD-SF-LMS to investigate this further because BizX labels are populated instead of the actual text in the pop-up.

This has been reported by multiple customers and we are currently working on the fix.

Thank you so much for the additional information on this error! While there is no fix yet, it is promising that the SAP team of experts is working on a fix.
