While editing the object, it throws error dialog box - Producer is offline. Tried re-installing the producer but not helping. Can anyone help me on how to mitigate this error?
P.S. My other team mates can access the Producer and Manager smoothly, plus Internet connectivity is also good at my end.error.png

Kristina is right to try to understand if you are using the on premise or cloud version of Enable Now. If it is cloud, we have seen a number of customers using xScaler proxy servers experiencing issues with connectivity between Producer and Manager. This one user is accessing it the same way as everyone else? Or are they using a unique VPN / connection point? Maybe it's the zScaler issue - although that usually affects everyone on the same network.
At what point does it throw an error? When you try to save to the server? You can edit / save locally OK?
Finally, I assume you are on-prem?
