I have fixed the translation issue I had on Producer with the update to the Script Localization. I can now use the machine translation via Producer.
However when I test the translation on the SAP Companion I can see the translation icon in the side bar, but it does not appear on the individual Help tiles and if I click the icon from the side bar I get a red error at the top of the page saying 'An error occurred during the translation request'
I have looked through the other similar questions and as mentioned fixed the Script issue, I have also ensured all the objects are set to En-US (not En-GB). What else could be the issue?
Thanks
David
What was the update to the Localization script? - I think I missed that...
You won't see the translation icon on individual tiles - but you should see it on the bubbles when you open them (if that's what you meant then no, that's an issue.
As far as the red error goes - I'm seeing the same thing, now - both using my own subscription and using the free one. So something isn't right. I'd suggest opening a case/incident.

Hi David,
Translation through SAP Companion appears to be working fine for me so if it's still an issue, perhaps raise a ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-CMP to get someone to take a look.
dirkmanuel - Producer has an issue connecting to Translation Hub because they changed their interface. To fix the issue, take a look at this KBA.

Shane
