Error on Cancel onboarding

Hi All,

Hope you are doing good!

I am receiving below error while trying to cancel an onboarding.

[COE0018]The cancellation request for new recruit 799 has failed. Please contact your administrator.

Event Reason configured and access provided under Employee data

Still receiving the error. It would be great if anybody help on this.
