Error message when launching producer or instant producer

Hi - I was trying to get a SME to use producer or instant producer to capture a sim for us and he was able to launch instant producer the first time, but sub-sequent times he gets this error. Anyone seen it and know what to do?

I would try to re-download the producer. Find the CloudWa folder in the user folder and then rename it to CloudWA2 or something different

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CloudWA

Then download again from producer
