Hi All,
I require assistance in addressing the following error: [COE0018] Failed to download attachment (8567) from the Object Store. The status is currently null_?. How can I resolve this issue?

I had the same issue and could not find anything on this topic. I was able to resolve the error in my instance by removing the icon defined for the Equipment Type.
Navigate to Manage Data - Select Equipment Type and check each Equipment Type defined for an entry in the Icon field. If anything is defined, remove it. Make sure to check each one of the equipment types defined. (screenshot attached).
Once you have cleaned up the equipment types, do an Odata refresh. Navigate to the Onboarding tasks and the error should be resolved.
