Error is there when I start the SAP software

Hello Everyone,

The moment I start SAP software with the Blue screen system giving me a massage

"Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.

We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you"

100% complete

Please help me to resolve the concern.
