Hello all,
I have a question regarding the SuccessFactors Recruiting module. Lately the notifications between the Recruiters and the Hiring Managers are not working anymore. So when a recruiter forwards an applicant to the functional manager, he/she doesn't get an email notification about it anymore. The same applies if the department manager has evaluated a candidate. In this case, the recruiter is no longer notified by email. We have never had any problems with this functionality and for the last few years it has worked perfectly and no changes have been made to the settings or email triggers. Does anyone have an idea what might be the reason for this?
