Hi Team,
While opening the SAP Enable Now Launcher, i am getting an error which says " Certificate Chain not trusted. Removed the potentially Malicious file.
Attached is the screenshot of the error.error.xml
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Fatima,
I assume that your SSO access to SAP Enable Now Manager is working well and all your SSO certificates are up2date.
What you can try is to delete your local application data which are stored here (at least if your IT has not changed the path):
C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Temp\wpb_cloud
In this path are the files located wich will execute the Producer or Desktop Assistant - this is not your Workarea. Maybe you will see here more than one folder. You can delete them all.
Maybe a restart is first required to delete all the files if you get the message that some files are in use..
If you delete the folders and files here - you should get fresh files the next time if you click in the Manager on "Open Producer" This first Launch can then take some minutes.
Please let us know if this has worked for you? If this is not working please open an official incident by using this link: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/create
You can use the component KM-WPB-PRO
Best regards, Michael
