Request clarification before answering.
Something's corrupted in the project. See if you can revert back to a prior version and open that. If not, you could maybe open the folder - look in the project.dpr file and see if anything looks dodgy. If so, see if there is a project.tmp file (typically an autosave file) that looks any better, and if so delete (or rename out of the way) the .dpr, rename the .tmp to .dpr, Refresh the object, and try again.
