Error when opening Learning Center

 

we have maintained a value for the parameter LEARNING_APP_BACKEND_URL to be the same as the value for maintained parameter DATA_URL_WPB2

but it still fails

Hi Adeola,

The values of the DATA_URL_WPB2 and LEARNING_APP_BACKEND_URL are not exactly the same.  The following example shows the difference:

DATA_URL_WPB2 example
https://customerABC.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/workareaID/

LEARNING_APP_BACKEND_URL
https://customerABC.enable-now.cloud.sap/

The LEARNING_APP_BACKEND_URL must be combined with the LEARNING_APP_WORKSPACE parameter that would be set to the ID of the Enable Now Workarea containing the learning content; in my example, it would be set to workareaID.

In  my example, you must replace customerABC with your Enable Now system name and workareaID with the actual ID of your Workarea.

Thanks Shane - worked a treat, set the value of the parameter LEARNING_APP_WORKSPACE to the workareaID and works now
