Error in E-Recruitment (while cretating requisition)

Hi All,

I have hired a person as recruiter in PA. While assigning the same person in E-Recruitment as a recruter the search result is positive but unable to save the data and the error messege says "The personnel number entered does not exist". Where as the Personnel Number is already created in PA.

Update IT105 Subtype 0010 of that PerNo. It works.

Addition to the above comments.

You have to move the HR data ( PA data) to E-rec system and then check table HRP1001.Five objects should be present in this table P,NA,S,US,CP.

Infotype 105 and 0006 should also maintained for that employee.

HRALXSYNC report helps you to sync the data between HR and E-rec system.

Hello Chinmay,

I am having the same issue in Erecruiting. When creating a requisition and filling in the Hiring Manager or HR Business Partner field, it is giving me error "The personnel number entered does not exist", although the PERNR does exist and everything in master data seems correct. Could you tell me how you solved your issue?
