Hi all,
I am trying to generate PDF in SAP Enable Now Producer for simulation.
However, when I click on Generate PDF document and try to open it, it says the file is not found.
There is indeed a file with PDF icon appearing in my structure but it is not there when I open the folder.
Whenever I generate PDF, it just generated a sap.dot file to me with no content at all.
Please see the pictures for reference.

*It is fine when generating Word, PPT or HTML.

It sounds like something is wrong with the PDF generation. What version of Word are you using, and can you 'Save as PDF' from Word (outside of SAP Enable Now)? When you generate a PDF it actually just generates a .doc file and then converts that to PDF. So if it can generate Word versions OK but not a (usable) PDF then that implies it is failing at the point of PDF generation (effectively, once SAP Enable Now has done its work and generated the .doc). Seems odd that the .doc file would be generated empty, though...

I can generate normal Word file and save it as PDF, but this would be one more step (if I can generate PDF directly in Producer then I can save this manual step for so many simulations...).
When I open the .doc file (the one that appeared in my File Explorer when generate PDF), it is indeed an empty file. So, I can't really get a proper file from it unless I generate Word documentation.
I am using Microsoft Word Version 2303.
