Error from playing back simulation

Hi all, I encountered an error whenever I am trying to playback the simulation. It has never happened before until today when I was trying to record and play simulation. Please see the attachment for reference.

Hi Choong Win,

I've never seen that error before but it appears to be some form of Windows error message. Has anything changed in your environment, e.g. a change to AD Groups or an upgrade to Windows. The only thing that I can think of trying, outside asking IT what has changed, is to run Producer as an Administrator. You can see details about that at Run Producer as Administrator. If neither of these things provides an answer, please raise an SAP incident using the Component ID KM-SEN-PRO.
