this question return an error on the "false" answer, but it's wrong in my opinion, am I right?

@angela.zarrella1: I believe you are right.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition the activation of the Best Practices scope items is not optional and needs to be activated as a part of the bundles in the SAP Central Business Configuration mentioned here - Bundle.

For the above behavior, I will flag this to the SAP learning colleagues and see if there is anything else which should be known to us or should be corrected.
