Error 621(PG) PTP integration between EC to ECP

Hi experts,

I have a issue with the PTP integration between EC to ECP, the data replica monitor show me the following error.

I don't know how to solve this problem.

Hi Jaime,

Check the configuration of infotype 0185 for PTP integration.

1) Please validate table HRSFEC_D_IT0185C - "IT0185 replication countries (Cust)."

You should have defined a country grouping (MOLGA) and either NATIONAL_ID_TYPE or PERSON_IDENTIFICATION_DOC_TYPE as values for the EC_DATA_TYPE field.

2) The permitted values from Employee Central for infotype 0185 are stored in the table T77SFEC_DATEMAPC - "Start date for Personal IDs from EC National ID portlet Cust". For example, complete the fields as follows:

PERSON_IDENTIFICATION_DOC_TYPE |US |02 |Hire Date

3) Configure the NATIONAL_ID_TYPE and PERSON_IDENTIFICATION_DOC_TYPE parameters for the "Code value mapping (customer)" table T77SFEC_CVMAPC. In this table, you must indicate the translation from EC to ECP.
