Error 1606 could not access network location \asp.netclientfiles\

I am trying to download and run crystal reports and getting this error. error 1606. could not access network location \asp.netclientfiles\

I am trying to load on a local machine that is not networked. I am the administrator of the laptop running with Windows 11.

Have not been able to figure this out. Assistance would be appreciated.

just a couple of thoughts here. do you launch the executable with elevated privs? is it first time you install the crystals? give a bit of background... 🙂

The issue is most likely caused by the fact that you have insufficient rights to execute the msi.
