Hi, I'm new in ERP HCM, i would like to know what is minimum requirement of ERP HCM to implement recruitment module?

Goto Spro > Personnel Management > Recruitment  > Workforce Requirement and Advertising. Here you will come to know all the details regarding the same.

the path as above is show the data need to be configure to run recruitment.

what i want to know is system requirement to implement recruitment module.

currently i am using SAP ECC 6.0, i am just wondering this version able to handle recruitment module or not.

and, what is the sap component minimum requirement to implement recruitment module.

Hi, May Lee,

well, for customizing Recruiitment module in HCM, you need to know the following:

1. Position which is vacant

2. Recruitment Media

3. Rec. Instrument

4. Personnel Officer

rest depends on client requirement. You can check out the customisation step and ask your client accordingly.

Also you need to maintain the number ranges for Applicant number

Yes, if you are suing SAP ECC 6.0 you will be able to use the Recruitment Module as well. But if you are talking about e-Recruitment then you will need the whole HRMS Package.
