ERecruitment error message- First confirm acceptance of our data privacy statement

Our system constellation:

Backend eRecruit system: Installation of ECC as full erp (FI/CO, HCM with eRecruit). This system is the backend eRecruit system (no ESS for internal candidates).

Frontend eRecruit system: WebAs with only eRecruiting with trusted RFC connection to Backend eRecruit system. This system acts as Front end for external candidates.

Issue - Whenever I register as a candidate and accept the data privacy statement, i am getting the rror message - "First confirm acceptance of our data privacy statement". Also, it is asking me to login to the front-end eRecruit box.

Any pointers? Is it a candidate role issue?

You can look up program in which this is used and then debug to get the issue.

Hello Sunil,

Have you checked your SICF services settings according to the IMG step documentation:

Technical Settings -> User Interface -> Candidate -> Front-End Candidate -> Specify E-Recruiting Services (Web Dynpro ABAP)

Hi Nicole,

when i am creating user with FM -HRRCF_MDL_REG_NAMED_USR_CREATE

I was entered all the mandatory parameters when i am excuting the FM getting bellow error

E HRRCF0002            017 First confirm acceptance of our data privacy statement.
