eRecruitment EHP 5 Roles and Reports

Hi,

I have deployed Business Packages for eRecruitment 1.51 (EHP 5).

I have given users the following 2 roles in Portal.

1. Recruiter EHP5

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.roles/com.s

ap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.recruiter

2. Recruiting Administrator EHP5

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.erecadmin.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.erecadmin.15.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.erecadmin.15.roles/

com.sap.pct.erp.erecadmin.15.administration

Q). Are the above roles correct roles which I need to assign to the users for eRecruitement EHP 5?

There are certain standard reports like the following.Where can I find these reports in portal.Is there any role called Recruiting Manager in Portal.I have found only a Reports view under the Recruiter role which show some links.

Requisitions Created

Number of Open Requisitions

Time-to-Fill

Offers vs Acceptance Rate

Interview vs Offer Rate

Application Submittal vs Offer Rate

Candidates’ Qualifications

Hello Saurabh,

All the functionalities which you have mentioend is related to Recruiter, So in the Recruiter role you should have all these like Requistion Management, activities etc. For recruiter role you should have the following role in the backend.

SAP_RCF_RECRUITER, Also all the object like CP, BP, Person relationship should be there.  Then you would be able to perform the recruiter related activities.

But my queries are still not answered.

My first query is about the Portal roles which I have assigned to my end users.

I wanted to know if the following Portal roles as below are the correct portal roles for eRecruitment EHP 5?

Hello Saurabh,

Yes the roles which you have given to the users are correct, these are the correct roles need to be given, Please make sure according to your strartegy which roles to be to whom.

Reports might not be available in the standards, you need to create the same, that you should be able to do it in the backend through sq01 adhoc reports. But in the Portal they are not available.
