Hello Friends,
1) There has been lot of threads on issues on report RHALEINI (T-code PFAL).
1.1) Please can someone narrate what is the relevance of this report, I mean what exactly this report does.
1.2) What type of data is moved through this report ?
1.3) What should be input parameters while moving each data. ?
Can someone list out sequence of steps in running the report for moving HR data to EREC data.
It will be highly appreciable, if some document is posted for running this report.
2) Secondly what is the relevance of "RBDMIDOC" ? Can someone post some comments/documents on how to run this?
2.1) What is the concept of change pointers mean in the context of RDBMIDOC ? What should be message type to run this program ?
2.2 ) What exactly this does once executed ?
Look forward for inputs.
Regards,
ER.

Hi ER,
1.1: Some customers prefer to have e-rec and master system(erp) on different client. Data integration between these two systems is achieved using ALE. PFAL tcode is used to generate IDOCs and send data from your master system to e-rec systems
1.2: Frequently used to transfer "Person" (Internal Employees, Contigent staff) related data from your SAP HR system to SAP E-rec system.
1.3: Sample Input parameters:
Tcode PFAL
Plan version = 01 Current plan;
Object type = P (Person),
Object ID = PERNR
Infotype = Select infotypes for which data needs to be transferred (e.g. 0000, 0001, 0002 etc)
Receiver partner no. = integration point for e-rec system
Message type = HRMD_ABA
2: SAP Library - IDoc Interface/ALE
2.1: Message type: HRMD_ABA
(*Data transfer between an SAP HR system and R/3 systems without SAP HR- e.g. CRM, E-Recruiting,etc.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Rahul
