Hi All,

I have a question, when E-Recruiting is in the production system and exist changes to employee data to be synchronized with the database of candidates, how to synchronize automatically? because the system currently in development when is changed data of addresses, e-mail, banking,... I have to manually run the report HRALXSYNC to synchronize.

do you have any idea?

Hi there

Best practise is to run HRALXSYNC as a scheduled background daily job - have a look at the wiki page here for more info on how to schedule this:
