The HR want tos compare question by question for some given Candidates. Is there this functionality in E-Recruiting.

I'm not seeing there a field/column to compare questions answered by candidates on questionnaires.

Am I forgetting anything?

I meant compare question by question, the same function to compare qualifications, etc.

that's all what the standard has to offer I'm afraid
