Is there an automatic way to posting jobs in Facebook and Linkedin from E-Recruiting?

Thanks you!

Hello,

Instead of trying post directly to facebook/twitter, you could try and do it from the posting application by creating a share button. In the application whcih opens when you click on the posting search / or the posting data overview application, you can add a button called 'Share' for example. With this you can get the current posting URL and have a dropdown list of the social media channels you wish to post to and then use the html code or the API provided by media provider such as facebook/twitter to publish you postings. You can look at [www.addthis.com] for example and if you can, you can use the same. This is just a suggestion.

But there is a node in IMG: SAP E-Recruiting > Requisition Management > Job Posting > Define Posting Channels

Is there where I configure the job posting? Do I need to custon a Publisher Class for external job posting?

Thanks!

Hello,

That is also another way of doing it but what I am saying is in my opinion it requires a lot much more effort compared to what I have suggested to you in my earlier post. With this way you can get a lots of benefits in that you can even embed feedback from Twitter retweets or Facebook posts into your application. You can also post to several other media besides twitter, facebook and linkedin if you wish. The way you are asking about will be useful for jobs boards in my opinion.

the publisher class can create an xml file or call PI. You than also have to setup the transformation of the xml file to facebook for example.

You'll have to write a custom class in any case yes
