Hi all,
I am currently using e-recruitment (version 603), normally when the recruiter assigns a questionnaire to a manager or support teams, the manager or the support team will receive a workflow notification via email.
Once they completed the activity and set the status to completed, how do I create another workflow to tell the recruiters that the activity have been completed?

Hi,
you can start an workflow on activity completion by using the workflow event ActivityCompleted of BOR object ERC_ACTIV. You find details on activating this event is sap note 1052673.
The workflow itself should be very similar to your notification on activity creation.
