Hi Experts,
We are trying to use the "Create Requisition Request" functionality. It is known that it is based on HCM process and forms.
Earlier when i used to click on "create requisition request", there was no process available. In the Tcode "hrasr_dt" there were no processes available.
Hence i did a copy from client 000 by navigating to the following node: HR Administrative Services>Configuration of Forms/Processes>Sample Process for HCM Processes and Forms-->Perform Client Copy According to Piece List.
Now when i click on "Create Requisition Request", a process is available but the form is not visible. In the form area there is a red cross visible
In the tcode "hrasr_dt" the process and forms are same as that of client 000.
Please let me know why the form is not visible. Is there anything else that needs to be done?
Note: I have not activated any of the workflows delivered for e-recruitment. Can it be because of this?
I have activated HCM_ASR_CI_1, HCM_ASR_CI_2 and HCM_ASR_CI_3. We are on EHP5.
Regards,
Pradeep
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Pradeep,
We are implementing u2018Create Requisition Requestu2019 functionality in EHP4, and activated business functions HCM_ASR_CI_1, HCM_ASR_CI_2 and HCM_ASR_CI_3.
We are able to see the u2018Create Requisitionu2019 process in HRASR_DT.
But in Portal-> MSS when I click on u2018Create Requisition Requestu2019, there was no process available.
I have not performed client copy from 000, please let me know this step (Perform Client Copy According to Piece List) is required.
If yes, please help me with detail steps.
When we do client copy will it copy only E-Recruitment HCM Processes and Form?
With u2018client copyu2019 Is this any risk to the existing system functionalities.
Please guide me..
Regards,
Keerthi
