Hello,

We have one requirement:

Agency have to maintain Candidate profile and also should see the status of the application of the Applicants entered by the Agency:

similar as Candidate Cockpit:

For entering the External Candidate Profile: iam using the service

ERC_A_APPL_MGMT

But for the Agency to see the Status of the application entered by the Agency themself(Search Jobs, Show Application Status of Each Application) What is the service and how to use.

Please help me how to address the issue.

Hi Krishna,

If you want to let them see the applications too you will need the recruiter dashboard but I don't know if that is a requirement of your business at all.
