EREC: Job Requisition becoming Published Job Posting

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what is the triggering event which will trigger the workflow after a Job Requisition is Published Job Postings in E Recruitment?

I am getting a message saying 'You have to release the requisition before you publish a job posting'

Hello,

Here system is looking for the status, first you need to release the status of requisition to Released, Then only after that you can create the job postings, and forjob postings also you need to change the status to released. This is the correct behaviour, It is checked at programming level only.
