Hi,
Well the subject line says it all. I'm creating templates in E-Recruitment, but I need it seperated per country. If I customize PA I can set the country grouping in the MOLGA, but is there also a solution for E-Recruitment.
Thanks!! Jeroen
ps, the recruiters can also change their own templates.

Hello Jeroen,
There is no such type of template which you can use based on Molga in E-Recruiting, you need to create different template for different countries manually, As there is no such easy available.

Hello,
Do you assign the region to the requisition as then you can add a check for the region and assign automatically the appropriate process template.

Hello,
Well, that is exactly the approach of process templates - to not show all activities to every requisition by default.

Hi Nicole,
What I need to do is create process templatesm based upon the region and when go-live the recruiters can do the maintenage themself (don't want that in our project/service organisation). So in order to make it clear to them, I want to make speration between regions. It's not that every requisition will have a diff templatem but every region does (we have diff recruiters in the diff regions).
Cheers

Hi,
if you name the process template correctly the avarage recruiter should be able to assign the correct one to the requisition.
But I would like to offer an alternative / additional solution:
Instead of creating the same activity several times you can assign the templates for the different region to the same activity type. If you use the restriction by company in the customizing for template to activity type the system will automatically reduce the template list according to the company / branch of the requisition. All you need is a suitable company / branch structure. This is also reduces the long time effort for system maintenance and makes processes comparable over the regions for future reporting and internal benchmarking.
If you combine this approach with the process templates you will get the best results.
As a general hint. Be aware that the system is not black and white. If you have 5 regions with different languages it is not ensured that a candidate applying for a position in a region will have a matching language set as their correspondence language. So if you only implement the templates in the language of the region some candidates might get empty correspondences.

Hello,
The requisition is also always only for one language (country)? If yes, I would create a process template for each country/language and assign that to the particular requisition. In that case you get in the activity wizard only the activities assigned to the process template (as long as you don't click on 'all activities').

Hi Nicole,
Requisitions will be created based on the country and therefor in one language for the country. But if I'm customising in the IMG - SAP E-Recruiting - Applicant Tracking - Activities - Define Activity Types, there I want to make my difference, because for every region I want different activities (eg in Canada they don't use the offer letter and in NL they do).
I have multiple option, but all of them will show the customising or smartforms from the other regions, and they (customer) don't want that.
Thanks
Hi,
Let me make it clearer. We have 5 regions we want to serve. For every region we have different smartforms (based on their language and specifications). I have customised the system in order for every region to pick their own activities and with that their own smartforms, but I created it with their country code attached to the activity (eg. NL_Acknowledge_Candidate and BE_Acknowlede_Candidate). However, this will create a big list in the recruiter portal and they (the customer) don't want that.
So my next best guess is to create their profiles based on their authorisation (like we do in PA, just add the MOLGA and the client will logon with their own specifications). But in EREC there is nowhere where I can customise this.
Thanks!!

Hello,
I don't know if I understood correctly what you mean by template but I assume you use WD and create different component configurations for each country. If yes, you just need to create an enhancment to check the country for the candidate object when eg. the startpage is called and from there it depends which application configuration will be used.
Best regards
Nicole

Hi Jeroen,
Maybe if you have an implementation of HRRCF00_MODIFY_HTML_MAIL > MODIFY_HTML, you are able to modify the HTML based on your validations on the MOLGA.
Not completely, but note 1265598 gives a small brief about this.
Kind Regards,
Mauricio.
