Dear Team
First Name, Last Name are getting entered in their localized languages for China/Hong Kong/Japan/Korea/Taiwan in SAP HR which feeds to SAP E-Rec within the First & Last Name fields. This populates their name in the localized language instead of English within E-Rec. As a result, E-Rec users outside of these locations unable read these names.
Rquest you all to share your expertise/solution on this..

Hello Yelchuri,
There is no standard way for this - if you provide different logon languages for the candidates, you must be aware that they maintain that data also in that language. To change/adopt candidate data is not foreseen as it would be a data change which is in some countries not allowed.
I can only think of creating two custom additional fields named "internal name" to let candidates maintain also an international form of their names.

Hello,
What I don't understand is what you mean by others don't see them then. Usually, recruiters who will logon in English will also see candidate Chinese names there.
