EREC: Hiring Manager is not appering in Recruiter Dashboard

Dear All,

I have created a requisition and released it. After 2 days, I opened 'My Team Requisitions' query and there I could not see Hiring manager's name for the requisition which I have already created.

Anyone faced this kind of issue till now. Please advice.

Hi,

the name of the Manager is read from TREX. This means that either the Manager is not index in TREX or the field containing the name in TREX is not indexed.

Therefore check if job RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES is planned periodically. Additionally do a full indexing of ERC_CAND in SES_ADMIN.

If it does not work, check if the following fields are assigned to search profile INT_CAND:

• FIRSTNAME (CANDIDATE_CENTRAL_PERSON) as free text

• LASTNAME (CANDIDATE_CENTRAL_PERSON) as free text

• CAND_PERNR (CANDIDATE_ADDITIONAL_DATA) as free text

• FULLNAME_USER (CANDIDATE_ADDITIONAL_DATA) as free text

• CAND_TYPE (CANDIDATE_ADDITIONAL_DATA) as entity

• IS_MANAGER (CANDIDATE_ADDITIONAL_DATA) as entity

• IS_RECRUITER (CANDIDATE_ADDITIONAL_DATA) as entity
