EREC - External Agency User creation

Hi All,

I have a query regarding the functionality of external agencies in e-rec. I have gone through many of the SCN links but couldn't find any conclusive answer.

My requirement is that external agencies should be able to submit CVs on behalf of the employees. This can be achieved by assigning the Data entry clerk role and using the application 'ERC_A_APPL_MGMT'.

However, I would like to know the the process for creating the user id/password for these agencies. How can the agencies login to the portal for submitting applications on behalf of candidates?  Is there any link of these agencies with object type 'H' i.e. External Persons?
