EREC: Email at Requisition Forward in E-Recruitment

We want to generate email message to recruiter when requesting person forward the requisition to recruiter.

Is there any enhancement exist which can be triggers when requester click on forward button on requisition page from portal?

Hi

Your question is NOT clear...

If you are asking about manager ( being raising the requisition ) submitting requisition email to be routed to the responsible person then it is possible no need of enhancement.

I can start the approval workflow on event "APPROVALREQUESTED".

In following steps I want workflow on step 4.

1. Requesting person create and save the requisition using u201Crequesting person URLu201D.

2. Assign recruiter from u201CRecruiteru201D tab and save the requisition

3. Move to tab u201CForwardu201D and click on Forward button

4. Click on u201CConfirmu201D button from confirmation message.

After step 4, recruiter should receive a workflow or notification email about requisition.

We have the workflow WS51800008 default, here please check if there is any agent maintained. please check it through SWI1 transaction, Also please make sure a user WF-BATCH should be there in your system.

There is no issue on workflow WS51800008.

As I describe in my previous post I want to trigger workflow after step 4.

Workflow WS51800008 will start when recruiter edit the requistion and perform release.
